What is Life Coaching?


Life Coaching brings you the clarity, motivation, belief and accountability you need to live your happiest, healthiest and most meaningful life.

Life coaching encompasses all areas of your life: work, relationships, health, money, happiness, personal development, and spirituality.



How I work as a life coach


I believe everyone has it within themselves to transform their life. I come to the partnership with my clients as a facilitator. I don’t tell you what to do, instead I support, encourage, challenge and motivate you to find the answers yourself. I fully trust in the process and have faith the right solutions will emerge.

What is life coaching


I work within a structure, and yet I always leave space so the coaching conversation has room to flow and go where it needs to for best results. As a life coach it is pertinent to develop rapport and trust with my clients, so they feel safe in the confidential space we create.


Where appropriate, I may draw on my own personal life experiences and the tools and resources I use to keep myself motivated, focussed and moving forward.




How life coaching can support you


There are a number of things life coaching can support you with, some of which are:

What coaching is not


Although some skills are be similar, a coach is not a counsellor, or a therapist. As a coach I will focus on future possibilities rather than past mistakes. I will not give advice or tell you what to do. Instead I will ask powerful questions in a safe and non-judgmental way to encourage self realisation and transformation. However if you have a deep knowing that you need more than coaching, please do seek that out.
