We all have a choice in how we show up everyday.  A lot of these choices are often unconscious or habitual, but they are still "a choice". The challenge is to develop clear insight & self awareness. This will enable you to understand how your choices influence communication style and behaviours.

We’ve all been there, you’re talking to an individual from another culture — perhaps while on a business trip or working with a colleague on a project — when you get a sinking feeling that you’ve made a mistake.
