Time spent in nature affords us a way to relax, de-stress, and connect to ourselves. Our sessions outdoors will utilise natures inherent intelligence. We will work in partnership with our environment, using the surroundings to help you understand and solve your challenges with ease. I have experience coaching clients in beautiful rich green parks, and in contrast also London city walks by the river - both are enriching.
In a world of ever-increasing noise, haste, technology and virtual worlds, there is a counter-movement; “one that recognises our essential quality as a part of nature. This movement invites us to reclaim our place in the universe, to remind us that we are organic relational beings.” (McGeeney, 2016)
Most of us live in urban areas, in busy cities where nature does not always take an important place in our daily lives. Nature is our origin and the place where all our subtle needs for contemplation, mystery, and adventure are met. Nature holds many gifts for us if we are willing to explore its magnificent diversity.
Absorbing natures inherent intelligence while we stroll, inspiring both creativity and heightened intuition. This is coaching to a deeper level of awareness and our preferred mode of coaching one to one at EvolvExplore. Taking a walk in nature has healing power for our minds and souls. We don’t ask anything from nature, yet nature gives us silence, peace, harmony and beauty, without limits. Isn't it time to start feeling less stressed.
We offer one to one coaching outdoors in London. There are some key differences in the offering. To honour nature I allow more time per session, this allows breathing space. I offer a range of locations which the client is free to select between. The entire coaching package can consist of a blend of outdoors sessions and virtual, so it does not have to be either or, but and. Why not enquire today and allow this experience to enter your developmental journey.
“Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming
"Wow! What a Ride!”
― Hunter S. Thompson
